Do you ship everywhere?
Jewelry is shipped worldwide from the US.
Very limited areas do not allow shipments. If there is a problem with your order, you will be contacted as soon as possible to discuss options so that you receive your jewelry.
Local pick up may be arranged.

When can I expect my order? Many purchases are made to order, and they are generally shipped within 3-4 business days. If your order will be delayed you will be notified as soon as possible. Note that shipping times are in addition to this estimate. If you require a rush order, please send a note or email as soon as possible. You will be notified if there will be an additional charge.

What are the shipping costs?
United States orders are shipped via USPS Priority mail - 2-5 days outside peak seasons.
Up to $69.95 - $6.50
$70 and up - Free!

International orders are shipped via Global Priority mail for a flat rate of $15 - 1-2 weeks.
Please note, there may be additional customs charges and fees. Elena Adams Designs is not responsible for these charges, and these fees cannot be reimbursed. International trade laws require the real value of goods to be declared. For more information, contact your local postal system.

Do you charge sales tax?
If you live within California, 9.25% sales tax will be added to your total order, including shipping.

What's the minimum order size?
There is no minimum order size, but domestic orders over $70 receive free shipping.

Do you accept wholesale purchases?
Wholesale purchases sales are absolutely welcome. If you are located within California, sales tax will still be applied, but all wholesalers who meet a minimum purchase will receive a discount. Contact me to discuss your plans for Elena Adams Designs.

Do you accept returns?
Jewelry may be exchanged within 60 of purchase. You may exchange the jewelry for something else on the site, or have the existing purchase modified to match you preferences. Additional charges will apply to modifications. For exchanges any difference in the ticket price must be paid, or refunded if the exchanged item is of lesser value. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Contact must be made before jewelry is sent back.

Full returns are only accepted if items are faulty. An exchange or repair may be offered to you first. Please be aware that every gemstone is unique and yours will not necessarily be that from the picture. Due to supply, some ear hooks and clasps may vary slightly to that pictured, although decorative pieces will always match.

If you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me to discuss them. Please Contact Me before you send things. Postage will not be refunded.

There is a one year guarantee on all items. If your jewelry breaks through normal use I will repair it with no questions asked. Potage funds will not be refunded, and it is strongly recommend that you insure your package.

What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards and Paypal are accepted. On the checkout screens you may see the Paypal logo. This website uses the Paypal checkout system, but you do not need an account to make a credit card payment. For questions about using paypal, please Contact me. If you are not comfortable shopping online, alternative arrangements may be possible.

My purchase is being sent as a gift. What should I do to make sure this runs smoothly?
Include a note with your payment to confirm that it is a gift. Please retype your billing address within the note. I will send the invoice there. The shipping address will receive an invoice with no prices printed on it. It will include, for reference, the name that appears on the credit card or paypal account used for the purchase. If you have any requirements or requests about shipping a gift, or would like to specify recipient or senders' names please email me at the time of purchase.
